Every peak season for taxation, we do provide valuation of the properties in Hong Kong or Mainland China for our company clients to meet the relevant accounting requirement or standard in Hong Kong.

Our professional valuation report will include the market value of the properties as at the valuation date instructed by our clients or their accountants. We can even apportion the market value into land and building elements if needed. We respect the communication with clients and their accountants or auditors such that the whole taxation or accounting procedure can be simpler and more efficient, and no worries will be brought to the clients.
